You're eligible if you:
- Have been a Michigan resident since July 1 of the previous calendar year.
- Graduated from a Michigan high school in 2025 or 2026.
- Are an in-district student.
- If you're not in-district, you'll still receive scholarship dollars and will only pay the difference between in-district and out-of-district costs.
- Enroll in college full-time within 15 months of your high school graduation.
